The Springfield Community Center is a modern facility, which is used for community events and can also be rented for private gatherings. Overseen in all its activities by the Community Facilities Board in Springfield, the Community Center is near the downtown business district and looks out over the Big Cottonwood river. Rental Information
The complex is approximately 15,000 sq. feet, and can accommodate several small functions at one time or a single large event. A reservation deposit of $100 is required when you make the reservation to guarantee your desired date. The balance of your payment is due two weeks before the event.

The Community Center is a smoke-free facility.

Day Rates (includes set up, tear down, and clean up)

  • $50 Conference Room (seats 12)
  • $100 Multipurpose Room (seats up to 75)
  • $125 Parkview Room (seats up to 120)
  • $125 Garden Room (seats up to 120)
  • $250 Fireside Room (seats up to 250)
  • $500 Combination - Fireside, Garden & Parkview (seating up to 550)
  • $550 Complete Center - all 4 rooms (seating up to 650)

Hourly Rates

  • $25 Multipurpose
  • $35 Conference
  • $45 Parkview
  • $45 Garden
  • $85 Fireside

Kitchen Use

  • $25 Coffeemaker Only
  • $50 Full Kitchen
  • $0.50 per place setting (China and Flatware)

Additional Service Fees**

  • $5 per table (includes linen table covering and linen napkins for eight place settings, two weeks needed to order linens)
  • $5 per table (table skirting)
  • $25 4-4x8 staging sections
  • $50 8-4x8 staging sections
  • $60 10-4x8 staging sections

Reception Planning (Wedding)
Cost per person is $4.00 w/minimum of $600. This includes:

  • Room rental
  • Kitchen usage plus: dishes-linens and napkins
  • Staging and Skirting with set up and tear down of tables, chairs, linens and skirting.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit at contract: $400, applicable to total cost
